Thursday, July 11
An early morning departure from Missouri has you heading to your overnight stop in Zanesville, OH where lodging has been arranged for you this evening (pack an overnight bag); dinner is on your own this evening.
Friday, July 12
Enjoy breakfast, then check out and depart for the New York City area where you will check into your hotel.  Dinner is on your own along the way.  (Breakfast)
Saturday, July 13
After breakfast, travel into Manhattan to meet your guide for a tour of Upper Manhattan which will include the Apollo Theater, Lincoln Center, United Nations, Fifth Avenue, Harlem, St. John Divine Cathedral, St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Central Park and Rockefeller Center where you will have time to enjoy lunch on your own and browse in the shops.  This afternoon you will spend a few hours at the American Museum of Natural History.  Later, head for the Dallas BBQ for a delicious dinner.   (Breakfast/Dinner)
Sunday, July 14
Enjoy breakfast, then board your motorcoach and head for Battery Park at the lower end of Manhattan where you will board the Statue Cruises Ferry.  Cruise to Liberty Island where you will visit the Statue of Liberty.  The Statue was an international gift of friendship from the people of France to the people of the United States.  Your enhanced visit will include an audio tour which will guide you through the unique history of Liberty Island from its time as a fort through the construction of the Statue of Liberty and its establishment as a national monument.  After your visit, board the ferry and cruise to Ellis Island, a landmark which symbolizes America’s immigrant heritage.  The Museum is designed as a self-guided museum with three floors of audio/visual displays and exhibits detailing the history of the immigration process from 1912 to 1954.  Your enhanced visit will include an audio tour through all three levels of the historic Main Building while allowing you to vividly relive the immigrant experience through first hand immigration accounts.  You will also have the opportunity to see the Wall of Honor which lists the names of the immigrants that arrived on Ellis Island.  Board the ferry to return to Battery Park.  Proceed to the 9/11 Memorial for admission to the National 9/11 Memorial Museum which is dedicated to those who lost their lives on September 11, 2001,  Afterwards, enjoy dinner at another wonderful restaurant in Manhattan.  (Breakfast/Dinner)
Monday, July 15
Breakfast, then spend the day sightseeing in New York City at your own pace. Visit museums of your choice or take in a Broadway show. Bus will be available for transportation. Dinner is on your own tonight.   (Breakfast)
Tuesday, July 16
Following breakfast, check out and depart for Zanesville, OH for overnight lodging (pack an overnight bag);  dinner is on your own this evening.  (Breakfast)
Wednesday, July 17
After breakfast, check out and prepare for your departure home with fond memories of your trip to the “Big Apple”.   (Breakfast)

Tour Cost:
$1,300.00 per person - Double Room
$1,600.00 per person - Single Room

Deposit of $200.00 due upon reserving.  
Balance due by May 20, 2019

Cancellation Policy/Refunds

If you must cancel on a 1 day tour and it is within 10 days of departure, refunds will be based on deposits returned to Mid-American Coaches prior to trip departure.  We do however, allow you to get another person to fill your seat.   If  we have a wait list, we will try to fill the seat from our wait list.  If we do not have a standby list, you will not receive a refund.
Once final payment (30days prior) is made on multi day trips 2 or more days,  cancellation of passengers will have to be filed on the cancellation insurance that is available  for all multi-day tours.  No insurance is sold on 2 day trips.
If you have elected to not purchase the insurance, Mid-American Coaches has the right to retain any monies paid by customer.  If this seat is resold, then at that point you may receive a refund.
Any fly/international/rail/cruise tours will have exceptions that will be covered at the time of booking.
If you are forced to leave a tour anytime after departure, refunds will be based on monies that are recoverable.  Refunds cannot be made for unused motorcoach transportation.
