Saturday, July 14 – Arrive in Portland   
Welcome to Portland, Oregon, the “City of Roses” to begin your Pacific Coast Journey. Meet your Tour Manager at 5:00 p.m. and get to know your fellow travelers during a fun-filled welcome dinner at Gustov’s Restaurant, a unique, festive dining experience complete with live German Music.  (Dinner)

Sunday, July 15 – Columbia River Gorge
This morning features the beautiful Columbia River Gorge, where sheer cliffs rise as high as 2,000 feet! First a stop at Crown Point offers spectacular gorge views from the Vista House, then we’ll see splendid Multnomah Falls, mammoth Bonneville Lock and Dam. This afternoon a guided tour of Portland includes Lloyd Center, the downtown area on the Willamette River, Old Town Historic District and famed International Rose Test Gardens.   (Breakfast)

Monday, July 16 – Explore the Oregon Coast   
Today we begin our exploration of the magnificent Oregon Coast, viewing beaches, sheer cliffs, and pounding surf. We’ll pause to tour the Tillamook Cheese Factory, before taking the breathtaking Three Capes Scenic Drive. Nearby we’ll see the 1873 Yaquina Head Lighthouse, tallest in the state. Oceanfront accommodations have been arranged tonight in Newport.  (Breakfast and dinner)

Tuesday, July 17 – Oregon Dunes Buggy Tour
Continuing our coastal adventure through Yachats, Florence and Reedsburg, today’s sightseeing includes exploration of the fabulous 250-foot sand dunes at Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area by four-wheel-drive vehicle, a visit to the lovely botanical gardens of Shore Acres State Park, and a stop at a myrtlewood gift factory. This evening we overnight in the quaint town of Roseburg.   (Breakfast)

Wednesday, July 18 – Crater Lake National Park
Today features the natural wonders of Crater Lake National Park, where rain and snow filled the empty caldera of an ancient volcano with brilliant blue waters to a depth of 1,932 feet, creating the deepest lake in North America. We’ll follow the Western Rim Drive for unmatched panoramic views. This afternoon we head back to the coast at Coos Bay and a delicious dinner.   (Breakfast and dinner)

Thursday, July 19 - Rogue River Jetboat Trip & the Redwood National Park
Following the spectacular Oregon coastline we come to Gold Beach where we embark on a jetboat excursion along the Rogue River. We’ll follow a portion of the old mailboat route before our travels bring us to northern California, home of Redwood National Park. Continuing along the coastline through miles of giant forests, today’s destination is Eureka.   (Breakfast)

Friday, July 20 – Avenue of the Giants & Wine Tasting
Departing Eureka this morning we drive along a portion of the “Avenue of the Giants,” through huge stands of magnificent redwoods in Humboldt Redwoods State Park. This afternoon we motor our way through the rich fertile grape growing region of California where a stop has been scheduled for a tasting at a local Estate Winery. This evening we check-in to our hotel on Fisherman’s Wharf in San Francisco.   (Breakfast and lunch)

Saturday, July 21 - San Francisco Touring & Bay Cruise
A local guide joins us this morning for a sightseeing tourof the “City by the Bay,” San Francisco.  We will discover the many sights for which the city is renowned, such as their bustling Chinatown, North Beach, Civic Center and the Financial District. Free time for browsing at Pier 39 begins the afternoon, before an invigorating cruise of San Francisco Bay. Our farewell dinner tonight is on the Fisherman’s Wharf. (Breakfast and dinner)

Sunday, July 22 – Return Home  
Depart for home from this memorable vacation with a group transfer to San Francisco International Airport for flights out after 12:00 p.m. (Breakfast)

LEVEL 3: A blend of longer and shorter days on this program with more walking tours mixed with some periods of standing. Expect more of the touring to be over uneven surfaces or involve stairs.

$3,299.00  + $150.00 Cancellation Insurance - per person Double Room
$4,360.00 + $150.00 Cancellation Insurance - per person Single Room

$350.00 per person deposit due with reservation.
Final Payment due:  May 7, 2018.

Cancellation Policy/Refunds

If you must cancel on a 1 day tour and it is within 10 days of departure, refunds will be based on deposits returned to Mid-American Coaches prior to trip departure.  We do however, allow you to get another person to fill your seat.   If  we have a wait list, we will try to fill the seat from our wait list.  If we do not have a standby list, you will not receive a refund.
Once final payment (30days prior) is made on multi day trips 2 or more days,  cancellation of passengers will have to be filed on the cancellation insurance that is available  for all multi-day tours.  No insurance is sold on 2 day trips.
If you have elected to not purchase the insurance, Mid-American Coaches has the right to retain any monies paid by customer.  If this seat is resold, then at that point you may receive a refund.
Any fly/international/rail/cruise tours will have exceptions that will be covered at the time of booking.
If you are forced to leave a tour anytime after departure, refunds will be based on monies that are recoverable.  Refunds cannot be made for unused motorcoach transportation.
