Thursday, June 27
Early morning departure has you heading east.  Lunch and rest stops will be made en route, along with overnight lodging in the Cambridge OH area; please pack an overnight bag.  Dinner is on your own this evening.
Friday, June 28
After breakfast, check out and depart for Washington, DC.  Upon arrival you will check into your hotel and freshen up before enjoying a delicious dinner.   (Breakfast / Dinner)
Saturday, June 29
After breakfast, depart for a full day of touring.  Stop at Arlington Cemetery to see the grounds via the Tram, including the Women in the Military Memorial at Arlington.  View one of the largest bronze statues ever cast, the Marine Corps War Memorial’s Iwo Jima Statue.  Enjoy lunch on your own at Union Station or the Reagan Building, one of the area's newest conference and event facilities with over 55,000 square feet of space including an amphitheater, an exhibit hall, meeting rooms, and reception areas.  In the afternoon, meet your guide at the Reagan Building to depart for the Capitol Visitor Center (CVC) which is located underground on the east side of the Capitol.  You will also visit the U.S. Capitol and the U.S. Library of Congress and tour the outside of the Supreme Court Building.  A photo stop of the White House will also be made, followed by a stop at the Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial and the Franklin D. Roosevelt Memorial.  Dinner has been arranged for you in the area, followed by a visit to the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts which is a living memorial to President Kennedy.  Continue with a driving tour of the illuminated monuments which include the Air Force Memorial, the Pentagon, the Jefferson Memorial, the Marine Corps Memorial (Iwo Jima Statue), the Capitol, the White House, and the Washington Monument.   (Breakfast/Dinner)
Sunday, June 30
Following breakfast, depart for visits to some of the memorials, including the National World War II Memorial, the Vietnam Veterans Memorial, the Lincoln Memorial, and the Korean War Veterans Memorial.  Afterwards, continue to the Newseum to view the only museum dedicated to increase public understanding of the importance of a free press and the First Amendment. Visitors experience the story of news, the role of a free press in major events in history.  Following your visit, depart for a tour of the National Cathedral, the sixth largest in the world, second largest in the United States.  Later, as time allows, continue to the Smithsonian Institution to visit any of the museums.  This evening you will enjoy a delicious dinner in the area, followed by a relaxing evening.    (Breakfast/Dinner)
Monday, July 1
After breakfast at the hotel, check out and depart for a visit to the Smithsonian's Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Air & Space Museum, located at Dulles Airport.  The Museum houses many aircraft/spacecraft which tell the history of aviation and space flight.  You will also see the museum's newest arrival, the Space Shuttle Discovery, which was the longest serving orbiter in the NASA space shuttle fleet.  You will have time to explore the museum at your own pace and get lunch on your own in the area before departing for your overnight stop for lodging (pack an overnight bag); dinner is on your own this evening.  (Breakfast)
Tuesday, July 2
After breakfast, check out and depart for home with lasting memories of your stay in Washington, DC.  (Breakfast)

$1,085.00 per person - Double Room
$1,364.00 per person - Single Room
$1,070.00 per person - Triple Room

Deposit of $200.00 due upon reserving.  
Balance due by May 6, 2019

Cancellation Policy/Refunds

If you must cancel on a 1 day tour and it is within 10 days of departure, refunds will be based on deposits returned to Mid-American Coaches prior to trip departure.  We do however, allow you to get another person to fill your seat.   If  we have a wait list, we will try to fill the seat from our wait list.  If we do not have a standby list, you will not receive a refund.
Once final payment (30days prior) is made on multi day trips 2 or more days,  cancellation of passengers will have to be filed on the cancellation insurance that is available  for all multi-day tours.  No insurance is sold on 2 day trips.
If you have elected to not purchase the insurance, Mid-American Coaches has the right to retain any monies paid by customer.  If this seat is resold, then at that point you may receive a refund.
Any fly/international/rail/cruise tours will have exceptions that will be covered at the time of booking.
If you are forced to leave a tour anytime after departure, refunds will be based on monies that are recoverable.  Refunds cannot be made for unused motorcoach transportation.
